毎週木曜日に開催中のOsaka Swingin’ Nightのパーティー前に
フリーレッスンがついています。月初から１か月のシリーズですので、１か月間通して受けられることをお勧めしています。
パーティーに参加されている方はみなさんフレンドリーなので、おひとりで来られても心配ありませんよ♪

There is a free lesson before the Osaka Swingin ’Night party, which takes place every Thursday. As it is a series of one month from the beginning of the month, it is recommended to be received through one month. Everyone who is participating in the party is friendly, so don’t worry if you can come by yourself ♪

毎月第1土曜日: 1st Saturday Easy Swing Party; (初心者/中上級者予約不要)

土曜日のお昼間のクラス。平日忙しい方におすすめのクラスです。
初心者クラス、中上級者クラスの2クラスありますので、ご自身のレベルにあったクラスを選んでいただけます。
木曜日のフリーレッスンより時間をかけてじっくり学びます。
レッスン後はダンスパーティーをお楽しみください♪

Saturday daytime class. This is a recommended class for people busy on weekdays.
As there are 2 classes, beginner class and middle advanced class, you can choose the class that suits your level.
Take time to learn more than Thursday’s free lessons.
Please enjoy the dance party after the lesson ♪

スイングダンス/ リンディホップは飛んだり跳ねたりする動作がたいへん多いです。高いヒール靴でのご参加はご遠慮下さい。
There are lots of hopping and jumping movements in Swing dancing so,

第1＆第3月曜日: リンディホップクラス; (初心者～中上級者少人数予約制)

少人数予約制のクラス。
苦手なムーブメント、しらない間についてしまった癖
(マッスルメモリー)などを修正していきます。
初心者～中上級者までリード＆フォローについて
より深く学びたい方向け。

Small class reservation class. I am going to correct the movement that I am not good at, and the 癖 (muscle memory) that I got stuck while I was not doing it. For beginners to advanced users For those who want to learn more about lead & follow.

お昼間14時からの、お子様がおられる方も参加しやすいクラス。
基礎の基礎から学びます
※直接堺JEUGIAカルチャーセンターにお申込みください。

This class is easy for children to attend, from 14 o’clock in the daytime. Learn from the basics of the basics ※ Apply directly to the JEUGIA Cultural Center.
