スイングダンス/リンディホップは飛んだり跳ねたりする動作がたいへん多いです。高いヒール靴でのご参加はご遠慮下さい。
このスタジオは土足禁止です。室内用のシューズをお持ちください。
There are lots of hopping and jumping movements in Swing dancing so, please don’t put shoes with high heels.
